Hello everyone! 

As you some of you know we have been playing badminton every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 

Here's an update from the SBRCC regarding the Saturday and Sunday sessions at the church.

I am the sports coordinator of Chinese
Ministry of South Baton Rouge Church of Christ (SBRCC). Welcome to
play badminton at Christian Student Center (CSC), 151 W Parker
Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA.
 
Some Christians of South Baton Rouge
Church of Christ (SBRCC) complains that there are too many people to
play badminton at Christian Student Center (CSC) in the past
weekends. They suggest the members of Baton Rouge Badminton Club
use the gym of CSC from 12:00-4:00 PM each Saturday, and the
Christians of SBRCC play badminton at CSC from 1:00-4:00 PM each
Sunday.
 
Since CSC is the property of SBRCC, we
set the requirements from our Christians as the top priority. Sorry
for the inconvenience and I would like to thank you for your
understanding and cooperation.
 
I reserved the gym of CSC to play
badminton 1:00-4:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. I think you can start
to play at 12:00 PM on Saturday if you like. Attention: the gym of CSC
is reserved by another volleyball group, starting with 4:00 PM each
Saturday. I will let Liu Dong and Zhang Cheng know if the gym of
CSC is not available for your guys to play badminton. By the way, it
is unavailable this Saturday, 07/04/2009.
 
When you use CSC, I would really
appreciate if:

1.      Only few
people know the access code to the building of CSC for the sake of
security.
2.     
 There are 3 sets of badminton nets. They are in the
storage room under the stairs on the left in the living room of the
building. If you are the last to use them, please package everything
in the bags and return them to the storage room.  Even though
there are not good enough for professionally players, but I hope you
could set up and clean up the nets appropriately. If you have
questions about them, please be free to let me know.
3.      Clean up
of CSC: please clean up CSC after you use each time. Make sure to turn
off AC and lock doors if you are the last to leave from the
building.
4.      I assume
Liu dong and Zhang Cheng are the leaders of your club when you play
badminton at CSC.
